[Qgis-developer] How to use x-code qgis installer

Hi, I use mac os x and I'm interested to understand how to build qgis from
xCode project of http://www.kyngchaos.com. The only documentation it's the
readme.txt inside the xCode folder or I must to read somes others tutorial,
for example how to use xCode, etc.?
