[Qgis-developer] Georeferencer improvements

Hello,

I posted some improvements to the georeferencer back in februrary,
including lots of clean-ups and a GCP list with residual error reporting.
It also fixes the helmert transform, which was broken in SVN. Please have a

I think it would be a good starting point for your changes. Unfortunately,
I am currently really swamped with work (final spurt on completing my master
thesis), so I won't find the time to polish the rater crude user interface. But 
the underlying reprojection framework has been carefully refactored for 
simplified warping implementation and GCP residual reporting (and has been in
production use for a rather large georeferencing project), so it should be a
good basis for the enhancements you are planning.
