I'm sure there are, but currently, there are no open bugs on it ;-)

One thing to consider is that the reshape tool alters the starting position of 
a polygon ring or a closed line. So the point that is represented 'twice' will 
not be the same any more. I don't expect this to be a problem for most 
application but it is something to consider.

Also, the reshapeline is not allowed to cross several polygon rings as this 
would generate an invalide polygon.
