[Qgis-developer] from the hackfest for GRASS users

Hi all.
During the hackfest, thanks to a suggestion by Tim, I cleaned up and
resized all GRASS icons. Results:
- the GRASS toolbox now loads much faster (3-4 sec on a slow machine, about
3x faster than before)
- the plugin package size has drastically reduced, from 6.4 to 1.1 Mb,
making overall QGIS package substantially smaller
Now we should start working on making these images more beautiful, and
integrated with other QGIS themes (at least the default one).
