[Qgis-developer] Symbology-NG branch merged

Hi all,

today I've finally managed to merge my work on symbology and labeling
in revision r12139.

Where to look for new features:
- in Options - Rendering and SVG tab - select Use new generation
symbology for rendering. Newly loaded layers will use new symbology -
you'll see different configuation options in vector layer properties
- in Settings menu there's a Style Manager (the style is saved in
~/.qgis/symbology-ng-style.xml)
- in plugin manager you can find a new plugin "Labeling" which is a
result of my Summer of Code work
