Hi Sam,

you can find Quantum Navigator (with installation guide) here:
http://mapserver.sk/~wonder/qnavigator/

Please note that it used to work with a historical version of QGIS
(pre-1.0) and I'm not planning to do any further updates. You might
need to do various fixes in order to get it running with a more recent
QGIS version (1.x)
