[Qgis-developer] New composer draw shapes

Marco,

You've been reading my mind. I was thinking of this exact feature yesterday. Thanks for adding this quite helpful function to the ever-improving composer!

A couple of quick comments:

1) The Shape outline color and shape fill color are redundant with the Frame color and Background color options if using a rectangle fill. Are the frame and background color options needed at all?
2) The Background color options do not appear to do anything for me, so perhaps need to be removed from the ui, or made functional assuming there is an interest for a background fill behind an ellipse or triangle.
3) The opacity setting is non-functional.
4) It would be ideal if the user could set opacity for the shape outline and/or fill.
