[Qgis-developer] unselect all button?

I actually think it's a great idea for another reason. When I'm testing
WMS and other web feeds if one breaks and the map reloads I get an error
message, but sometimes I have more than 1 and I get an error message for
each one as I try to turn them all off.

Hmm, now that I think about it is there a pause rendering button so that
you can do a whole bunch of layer rearranging without it trying to
render after each little move until you're ready?
