[Qgis-developer] Toggle editing on vector linestring layers: circles on nodes and vertexes

Hi, If you toggle editing on vector linestring layers you see circles above
nodes and vertexes of that layer.

I've seen the function ToggleEditing in the qgisapp.cpp, but I cannot find
the code that draws those circles.

Which row are they?
