[Qgis-developer] QGIS 1.0 manual translated into french language

Dear QGIS users and developers,

we are happy to announce that the QGIS 1.0 user guide is now fully translated
into french language. It includes the Coding and Installation Guide.

You find the manual linked on the QGIS website [1] or directly on the osgeo
