[Qgis-developer] WFS bounding box

Hi all.
I tested the loading of WFS layer using the option:
Only request features overlapping the current view extent
and I get:
The layer is not a valid layer and can not be added to the map
if the option is unchecked, the layer loads fine.
I tested:
http://webgis.regione.sardegna.it/geoserver/wfs?
With another WFS:
http://wms.pcn.minambiente.it/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=/ms_ogc/wfs/aree_ramsar_wfs_f32.map
I do not get the error, a layer is loaded on the legend, but:
- the usual polygon icon is replaced by the photo icon
- no data is actually loaded.
Should I open a ticket?
