Great. I got stuck with the classification :) Classes as "raster", "vector", 
"web" can be insufficient. There still will be dozens of plugins in a few of 
them. I believe we also need a functional division: import, export, 
processing, statistics, display etc. What about a two-level classification: 
"raster/import", "raster/processing". I collected all plugins together, will 
update the list and post it here.

I have scheduled it for June. Will try to find a free Sunday earlier, but 
can't promise :/
