[Qgis-developer] displacement plugin not available

Hi,

I installed qgis 1.5 trough the ubuntugis repository and then also
compiled trunk myself, both on Ubuntu 10.04, but at the end I cannot see
the displacement plugin in the plugin manager. On windows/osgeo4w no
problems.

any hint?
