[Qgis-developer] fTools: clip() FEAT_EXCEPT and FEATURE_EXCEPT

Hello Carson,

Just a silly question...

I was browsing the code of "def clip()" in doGeoprocessing.py to learn how
to do things!

FEATURE_EXCEPT is given the value of 'True' at the top of the function and
it is returned at the end of the function.
The body of the function uses FEAT_EXCEPT.

It thus seems that the clip() function will always return True in
FEATURE_EXCEPT. Is it on purpose?
