[Qgis-developer] small update to shaded relief plugin

Hello,

following up on a suggestion by a user (Goyo) who also provided the
two lines of necessary changes, I updated the shaded relief plugin to
output 8bit instead of 32bit raster. This saves some space and 256
shades of grey are presumably sufficient in most, if not all
situations. There are no other changes, including in the UI. If that
change breaks some usage pattern, one could make it optional at the
expense of a toggle button in the UI. The updated plugin is available
from the pyqgis.org repository.
