Some remarks:
* Check "Hide my email address" in "My Account" - "Preferences", to avoid 
publishing your mail address.
* For testing, every user logged in can create a project with
http://qgis.osgeo.osuosl.org/projects/new
* I've set up a sample project
 http://qgis.osgeo.osuosl.org/projects/qgis-mapfile-tools
 showing milestones, a forum and the repo browser

I see that your PGP key is uploaded and not your public ssh key.
