[Qgis-developer] Delimited text plugin crash and patch

Hi All

I've submitted a patch for the delimited text plugin to fix an issue raised on the qgis-user list, where QGis is crashed by the plugin when it reads text files in which some rows have missing fields (common if the last fields are null/blank).  

The patch fixes this by adding blank fields to deficient rows.

If this looks Ok could it be committed?  

Also I've submitted a patch relating the delimited text plugins to fix a corruption of the datasourceUri in the project file when the project is using relative paths and the delimiter contains "\" characters.  Would be good to have this applied to :-)
