[Qgis-developer] PostGIS raster not loaded

I don't really know.
I don't think the plugin does not set this kind of thing. So somewhere it's
being read that these are nulls. I don't know if it's a gdal driver issue or
a postgis traster issue.
I'm going to investigate a little further.
