[Qgis-developer] runtime error

Arpita,

Does your application produce a log file? If so, what is the content of this
file? This will help us a lot to know what is the reason of the trouble.

Maybe you should include the Microsoft C runtime libraries.
Do you set the qgis_prefix as '.' instead of the normal value?
