giving a look to the trac for feature requests, and making a quick
survey, other asked missing edit/cad tools are also:

*) draw circles/regular polygons/rectangles/ellipses both as
lines/polygons
*) rotate features
*) scale tool
*) arc tool
*) mirror tool
