Is pyqgis broken? Can someone fix it, or otherwise help stafan to upload his plugin?
I think this is a very useful tool, under active developmente, and should not be missed.

I updated the plugin:

5. Rectangular Points: select a baseline and start entering abscissa and
ordinate values.

Since I'm not able to update the plugin in the qgis user contributed
repo, you can download the plugin here:
