[Qgis-developer] OSX Xcode python compilation update, small config change

The xcode project is updated to handle the new python module compilation (thanks Martin!).  It compiles faster - from the new compilation process from Martin, and now the sources are compiled by Xcode instead of by the old python script so they can take advantage of Xcode's multithreading.

A new addition to the Xcode configuration - PYQT_SIP_DIR and PYQT_SIP_FLAGS.  These are set by default to SIP+PyQt (Carbon) installed for the system Python as described in the INSTALL doc.  They may need to be adjusted (manually) for other configurations.
