Olá Luiz,
nice works as always.

Just a few notes:

a) if the vector is a shape and the .prj file is not available then the
plugin throws a pyhton error "OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or
directory: '/home/gio/Desktop/penela/mat_base/cart_2/vector.prj'

b) once a zip is created the button "create zips" become not available
to be be clicked again

c) under linux (ubuntu), in the UI, the "description layer" window is a
little higher than the "vector layers" window. It would be good also to
let the user resize the UI at least horizontally to improve the reading
of the infos in the "description layer" window.

thanks!
