I believe it's the http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TracMetrixPlugin and
looking at their docs/code they use the Yahoo charts api. I doubt Yahoo
cares.

If you have any suggestions for alternative Trac plugins that do the
similar metrics with a different output options I'd be interested. It's
unlikely the makers of the current plugin plan to change.

I guess I find it odd too since numpy is being used on the backend, why
not use matplotlib to produce some images that can be tossed into the
page. While the charts feature hover overs, I don't see much added value
from the use of flash at all in this case.
