[Qgis-developer] Legend fails to update on setLayerSet

Hello Qgis-developers!

We reported a bug and provided a patch earlier today. Seems to work.
https://trac.osgeo.org/qgis/ticket/2492

We have not fixed the layer ordering problem he mentioned, but it is is the
same bug as was reported here:
http://forum.qgis.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4786&p=8443

The layer ordering problem should probably be fixed in the same manner. Not
sure if it's good to have these methods as public either.
