[Qgis-developer] during the hackfest: introducing QGIS

Hi Paolo

Sounds good.
I'd suggest a talk / demo rather than a hands-on session because it is less of 
preparation. Maybe someone could show QGIS and emphasise the technical sides 
(show modular design, explain the plugin interface, show basic steps in 
writing a plugin)?
