[Qgis-developer] OpenGeo_RT plugin renamed in RT Sql Layer

Hi guys,
I renamed the OpenGeo_RT plugin. It's new name is RT Sql Layer.

It aims is to semplify the loading in canvas of a Postgres/PostGIS layer
by using a custom query. Click the QueryBuilder button in its toolbar.

You can also load in canvas an entire geometric table (without use a
query) by double click on the table name.
