[Qgis-developer] plugins off but still on? or what have OSM to do
with .tab layer

Hi devs,
I have switched off all the plugins (to have QGIS lighter) and then
trying to touch .tab layer in the layer tree, I got following python
error:

I have no idea why :) maybe you do
Not using OSM at all in this project.
Trying to switch off some more layers caused QGIS crasch (qtcore4.dll)
