[Qgis-developer] ftools - interface improvement

I noticed on the buffer function, when doing a relatively large buffer,
that there's no visual feedback to the user that it's working.
The Percent bar never moves, no buttons are grayed out, etc. This seems
to confused people as to whether the tool is actually running.

Just thought I'd note that. If I get a chance later I'll see if I can
come up with a patch to make it more intuitive to the user.
