[Qgis-developer] add class and keep style on reclass missing from new symbology

Hi Marin,

we've worked on that and here is the result (coded by Lynx, tested by
alexbruy and old_bibigon):

This patch:
1. Adds behavior to keep set up symbologies when hiting reclass
2. Adds 'add class' button
3. Changes the layout a little bit to allow 3, instead of 2 columns
for classes. This is needed, because there was no way before, that you
could change class value (symbol window was popping up).

Please let me know if there are any issues with the patch and accept
a compliment from our programmer who said that new symbology is a
piece of coding art.
