[Qgis-developer] Print composer legend

Some interesting changes are being made to the legend in print composer (eg
drag and drop), but a couple of bugs have appeared which may not have been
noticed:

1.       If the layer name is blanked out, that layer disappears from the
displayed legend (I often do this with single symbol layers)

2.       Selecting a layer and pressing 'Update' has no effect.
