[Qgis-developer] Patch for fix #2711 and (I hope) related #2528 and #2018

Hi all,
I attached a patch for ticket #2711. It should be related with tickets #2528

and #2018.

I hope it could fix all the three problems ;)
I think it may also resolve other crashes in legend drad'n'drop.
