[Qgis-developer] profile tool crashes qgis

Hi all.
Just installing the profile tool crashes qgis, 
who cannot start anymore:

/usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/qgis/utils.py:291: UserWarning: Module
matplotlib was already imported from
/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/matplotlib/__init__.py, but
/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6 is being added to sys.path
mod = _builtin_import(name, globals, locals, fromlist, level)
Segmentation fault

Any ideas?
