[Qgis-developer] build pyqt4 on windowsxp

Dear all,

i have one problem during build pyqt4 , to build pyqt4 i need to build Sip
and pyqt, when i want to build pyqt then it gives me error that is "make
sure you have a working qt v4 qmake on your path"

could you please tell me ,how can i solve this problem ?
