[Qgis-developer] different english and german GUI shortcuts

Hi,

when I compare the english and the german GUI in version 1.6, all shortcuts
are different. For example using the english gui a klick on "CTRL-Q" closes
QGIS. Starting with the german GUI the same is done with a klick on "Q".

Why is this? And can we make a decision what kind of shortcuts to use? Or
maybe is this already changed again in trunk? Don't have it here right now.
