[Qgis-developer] python error

Dear All,

i have problem with python2.5 when i want to run my program then it gives me
error

"Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:\reasoner_interface.py", line 10, in <module>
    from PyQt4 import QtCore, QtGui
ImportError: No module named PyQt4"

could you please inform me ,how can i solve this problem?
