HI , 

   I followed the link "http://gis-lab.info/qa/qgis-compile-vce.html "  .i
could not edit that batch file in the step 5 , if i run the  qgis X.X.X.sln 
is not getting created  , i struck with the 5 th step "building and
installing" , could you please help me
