Hello Rashad,

I don't wish to be rude, and your proposal does sound interesting.
Still, I find it strange that you copied such a great part of my own
proposal [1] verbatim, including the project plan: list of
deliverables and timeline (down to the dates).
I understand you may be under time pressure to submit a proposal
quickly, but suggest you study those aspects of the proposal again,
and update with your own.

My plan may not apply exactly to your project.
