[Qgis-developer] Merging gis-newgis theme

Hi Robert

We had a small poll among the last men standing this evening (Tim,
Anne, Borys, me) with the following results:

1A for consistency, but still it would be better to have icons that
actually represent printing rather than composition
2B
3 use globe on top, with a "document" in the background as with other
"load" icons
4B
5B the hand could be slightly improved
6A
7 the diskette icon is still slightly confusing, something like this
[1] has been proposed, though that might be still unclear
8,11-14A
9B but with smooth shape
10A
15B but without the action in top-bottom corner, with smooth shape
16B with smooth shape
17B but the plaster could be brigher
18B with cleaned arrow
19B but agreed that it's not clear
20B,21B if we have to keep the "no perspective" rule, let's try
something like [2]. Another idea was to use a golf flag icon [3]
22-25 it would be good to keep something like "ABC" as in 22B, using
the bottom-right actions like in 22-25A icons
