[Qgis-developer] Compile QGIS Mapserver without QGIS Desktop.

Hi, can someone help me with instructions to compile QGIS Mapserver
without QGIS Desktop. Can I install the software without QT4?. What
requirements are needed?.

I am currently using Ubuntu Server.
