[Qgis-developer] Create vector layer directly in PostGIS

Thanks, but this only seems to be able to load in shapefiles.

What I would like is to remove the need to store a shapefile in the first
instance.

Eg. Press the 'New Shapefile Layer' toolbar button, fill in the attributes,
then select a PostGIS DB to store to, not a shapefile.
