Hello,

New topics on Field Calculator :) Here are some bug and enhacement:

* split value using a caracter (enhacement)
* use test operator: if, elseif (enhacement)
* help button, there is a typo for "lenght" instead of "length".
* french translation : there are a problem with french accent (@Jean-Roc, are 
you aware of this issue?)

I have some feedback on styler, request, select, etc. but it will come later.
