Hi Ivan,

I just tried: http://hub.qgis.org/issues/4550 which is a bug which I
assigned to myself (and am a watcher of), and which is closed by jef.

I can change the status: though I cannot see 'reopen' or so, just

In Progress
Resolved
Feedback
Closed
Rejected

But I 'reopened' it by 'asking for feedback'...

I see that you are in group 'QGIS Reporters', while I'm in Administrators
group (since Zurich, we were trying out some things there). I can give you
developer rights? See what happens then?
