[Qgis-developer] Announcing RoadGraph plugin

Hi all

We pleased to announce the RoadGraph plugin for QGIS.

It's a C++ plugin for finding shortest path between two points
on roads graph. Any polyline layer can be used as roads layer e.g.
shapefiles from OSM.
