Hi Paolo,
testing on Debian Squeeze, QGIS r15056M (compiled from original SVN as 
Debian package in clean pbuilder environment).

When opening georeferencer I get following:
Warning: Object::connect: No such signal 
QgsGCPListWidget::replaceDataPoint( QgsGeorefDataPoint*, int ) in 
/tmp/buildd/qgis-1.7.0/src/plugins/georeferencer/qgsgcplistwidget.cpp:70
