I have moved the forum to a new server. The current server *must* be
shutdown by the end of the month so rather than wait for a final
resolution on the forum issue I relocated the forum. The URL remains the
same, however until DNS fully propagates it may not be available
everywhere. You can temporarily access it at http://forum/qgisbook.com

The original forum is disabled so content will not get out of sync.
