Hi, I am a complete newbie to QGIS i want to develop C++ plugins in QGIS. I have integrated Qt to ECLIPSE IDE and i want to use QGIS library in it. How can i do it? I installed QGIS on windows using Standalone Installer. Do i need to build it to use its library in ECLIPSE IDE? Any help will be greatly appreciated please help me out....
