Hi Tim,
I was curious too, I had a look and finally I was able to connect to the
service, but there is something strange.
The problem seems to be that the 'Add' button in the wms-dialog is not
enabled in the right way.
What I do to make it work now:
1) add the service url:
http://raster.tnris.org/lizardtech/iserv/ows?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS&
2) accept the 'advertised url' (by clicking yes)
3) click on the first layer 'BEG_GAT_250K_WGS84' and note that in the
status line of the dialog is: 'No CRS selected'
4) click on the 'change' button and select the (only available) crs 'WGS
84' and click OK
NOW the Add button should be enabled (I should think...)
I can get the layer loaded now by clicking on the 0-layer (with title
Top Layer)...
As soon as I click that layer, the Add button get's enabled...
Don't know what the source is of the error
I do not see errors in debug or so.. Maybe jef has an idea?
I opened an issue for this, because it is so easily reproducable:
http://trac.osgeo.org/qgis/ticket/3591
Hope somebody can have a look at it.
Regards,
