Hi

I just made an upgrade of the Postgis SQL Editor plugin on
http://plugins.qgis.org/. Unfortunately I dont have publishing access to
the repository. As the result the old wrong plugin is still published
although I could upload the new revision of the plugin. What is the
procedure to get permissions to publish or upgrade plugins in the repos?
