[Qgis-developer] Help needed with PyQGIS

[Learn Qgis]

Hi,

I am new to QGIS. I am trying to build the source code using CMAKE to Visual
Studio 2008 environment with python binding.

I am using Python 2.7, SIP 4.12.1 and PyQt 4.8.3

I am getting below error....

*Couldn't load PyQGIS.
Python support will be disabled.
